Cloud Sales Manager

Location: Old Trafford, Manchester, M16 0PQ
Salary: £40,000 basic salary (£90,000 OTE)
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 1pm–10pm | Friday 1pm–6pm (4.5-day week)

PHMG is looking for a commercially driven Cloud Sales Manager to join our growing sales division in Manchester. This is an opportunity for a high-performing sales professional to work with businesses across a variety of industries, introducing innovative cloud communication solutions designed to transform the caller experience.

In this role, you’ll engage with warm business opportunities via Zoom consultations arranged by our internal sales team. Your focus will be on helping companies enhance their communications infrastructure through our market-leading Complete Caller Experience platform, while driving revenue growth through consultative solution selling.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the client’s first impression of PHMG - building trust, identifying operational needs, and demonstrating how our technology can elevate both efficiency and customer engagement.

What you’ll be doing

  • Conducting pre-arranged virtual meetings with business owners and senior decision-makers
  • Delivering engaging demonstrations of PHMG’s cloud-based communication services
  • Identifying customer pain points and tailoring solutions to suit their business needs
  • Managing the full sales process from presentation through to close
  • Securing agreements during short sales cycles
  • Collaborating with onboarding and account management teams to ensure a smooth client transition
  • Maintaining accurate sales documentation and CRM updates

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within cloud, telecoms, SaaS, or technology sectors
  • Strong background in closing deals within fast-paced sales environments
  • Confidence presenting remotely via Zoom or video conferencing platforms
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience selling directly to business owners and senior stakeholders
  • A consultative sales approach with strong objection-handling abilities
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working toward ambitious revenue goals
  • Professional, polished, and commercially aware
