Health can’t wait.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 800+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ The People Growth role
Are you excited about operating, designing and scaling efficient HR operations in a fast-growing company? Join our vibrant People team as People Ops!
This role has a strong operational dimension. It calls for a genuine appetite for analysing available Learning and Development data, building efficient and automated processes that will still hold up in ten years, and a sharp understanding of both business strategy and culture. It also requires the ability to understand and work with a wide range of stakeholders. In practice, it means scaling our training policies and processes, and running programmes such as the Coaching Academy (see more here).
Below is an overview of the role's key missions.
All of those missions cover all the countries in which Alan operates (Belgium 🇧🇪 , Canada 🇨🇦 , France 🇫🇷 and Spain 🇪🇸 ) and also employees under employment of record.
The People Growth will be mentored by Aude Vantyghem, who leads these topics at Alan.

The People team
The People team is made up of 11 people who are lucky enough to work in an environment shaped by Alan's Leadership Principles. Every single one of them is a genuine fan of our products and deeply committed to Alan's health mission.
It is a generalist team: everyone shares three core missions, namely People on-call, individual situation management, and HRBP. On top of that, each person owns one or more cross-functional topics depending on their flavour.
The team covers Learning and Development, Payroll and Admin, Employee Experience and Operational Efficiency, Compliance and Employment Law, and Comp and Ben.
Your Missions
On top of the core missions shared across the People team, you will be responsible for:
Writing clear, user-centric documentation on our key processes and policies
Streamlining and simplifying operations wherever you spot an opportunity
Automating recurring processes — at our scale and pace, manual or one-off solutions simply do not hold up
Leveraging AI to multiply the impact of your work
Making data-driven decisions: analysing available Learning and Development data to guide priorities, measure impact, and continuously improve what we build
Scheduling, running, and continuously improving our training programmes for Leads and Coaches, and measuring their impact
Contributing to scaling our Coaching system
Gradually taking on individual situation management, with full training and support along the way
Progressively supporting Leads and Coaches at Alan (check out our unique management system), with training and support along the way.
