SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly qualified Specialist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a leading private healthcare facility. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide specialized surgical care in a state-of-the-art clinical environment, focusing on the diagnosis and surgical treatment of diseases, injuries, and defects of the oral and maxillofacial regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preoperative assessments and develop surgical treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Execute a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures including dental extractions, jaw corrective surgeries, facial trauma management, and implant surgeries.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including dentists, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated patient care.
• Manage postoperative patient care and monitor recovery to ensure optimal health outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
• Participate actively in continuous professional development and keep abreast of advances in oral and maxillofacial surgery.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Dental Surgery (DDS/DMD) and specialized training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Completion of accredited residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Board certification or eligibility as a Specialist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.
• Proven experience in a private healthcare or clinical setting preferred.
• Strong surgical skills with a patient-centered approach to care.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
