### YOUR MISSION

As a Sampling Strategist (internal title), you'll be our first Indian-based hire on this team, joining a group of 4 colleagues across Montreal and Paris.

Our mission is to recruit respondents who match precise profiling criteria and deliver high-quality data that drives actionable insights for our clients — while maintaining optimal sampling margins and meeting client deadlines.

Reporting to our Strategy Director, you will work on different types of B2B and B2C projects for the world’s leading consulting and private equity firms.

YOUR DAY TO DAY AT POTLOC

Plan multi-channel sampling strategies and allocated budgets

Own the project health (sample structure, margins, deadlines)

Ensure the quality of internal stakeholders' deliverables

Manage the follow-up with external stakeholders

### REQUIRED SKILLS

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in market research
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Very good understanding of research methodologies (CAWI, CATI, CAPI)
Any experience in social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat) is a plus
