### THE WORK:
  • You’ll develop, maintain, and manage integrated master schedules for large-scale data center construction projects.
  • You’ll collaborate with project teams, contractors, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to establish project sequencing, milestones, and critical path activities.
  • You’ll perform schedule analysis, identify risks and delays, and recommend mitigation and recovery plans.
  • You’ll support project controls activities including forecasting, progress measurement, and schedule reporting.
  • You’ll analyze schedule impacts related to scope changes, procurement delays, and construction activities.
  • You’ll facilitate schedule review meetings and provide updates to leadership and client teams.
  • You’ll ensure schedule alignment with project budgets, resource plans, and construction execution strategies.
  • You’ll support commissioning and turnover planning activities for mission-critical systems.
  • You’ll prepare executive-level dashboards, progress reports, and schedule performance metrics.
  • You’ll work with Primavera P6 and other project controls tools to maintain schedule accuracy and integrity.
  • Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.

    ### HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field – Experience may be substituted for the right candidate
  • Minimum of 5 years of scheduling experience on large-scale construction projects
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting data center, mission-critical, or hyperscale infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software
  • Experience developing and managing CPM schedules throughout the full project lifecycle
  • ### BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
  • Experience working on hyperscale data center programs
  • Knowledge of project controls, cost management, and earned value management principles
  • Familiarity with BIM/VDC coordination and digital project delivery tools
  • Experience with schedule risk analysis and recovery planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously
  • Experience working in owner’s representative or consulting environments
  • PMI-SP, PSP, or PMP certification preferred
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools
