CLEAR1’s workforce verification product enables organizations to securely verify and manage employee identity, access, and credentials in real time. Built on our trusted secure identity platform, we help businesses streamline onboarding and access control while reducing fraud risk helping ensure the right people have the right access, at the right time.

As a Lead PM, you will lead the strategy and execution of CLEAR1’s Workforce solution, enabling scalable, efficient, and high-performing operations that power seamless member experiences.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for CLEAR1’s Workforce identity solution, driving scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and member experience
  • Translate complex national, governmental and regulatory requirements into clear product direction, building compelling business and security cases for enhancements
  • Partner with Design and Engineering to deliver intuitive, high-impact products on time and within budget
  • Shape company-level strategy by articulating current and future state capabilities of Workforce systems and identifying opportunities for innovation
  • Represent CLEAR externally with customers, partners, and stakeholders to align on product vision and drive adoption

How you’ll measure success:

  • Adoption and effectiveness of Workforce product capabilities across customers
  • Measurable improvements in operational efficiency, speed, and accuracy
  • Delivery of roadmap milestones on time and with high quality
  • Impact of product decisions on member experience and frontline performance

What you’re great at:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, ideally in complex, regulated, or operationally intensive environments
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality, scalable products that drive measurable business impact
  • Translating complex requirements into clear, actionable product strategies
  • Influencing and aligning cross-functional stakeholders, including senior executives and technical teams
  • Balancing strategic thinking with deep execution and attention to detail
  • Communicating complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
  • Operating effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a strong sense of ownership
  • Passion for building customer-centric products and continuously improving the user experience

The total compensation range for this role is $275,000-$350,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

This range represents the combined base salary and new hire equity package (in Restricted Stock Units) for this position at CLEAR. Additionally, this role will be eligible for refresh equity grants as part of our ongoing compensation program. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience, and performance. All stock based compensation will be subject to the terms and conditions of applicable agreements.
