As a Senior Analyst - PtP at Flora Food Group you will be responsible for managing end-to-end global payment operations and ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payment processing across multiple countries. The role plays a critical part in supporting cash flow management, treasury coordination, and working capital optimization. It involves handling payment runs, resolving payment issues, and ensuring adherence to SOX controls, audit requirements, and company policies. The position collaborates closely with Finance, Procurement, Treasury, Tax, Supply Chain, and IT teams to drive operational excellence. The role also focuses on process improvement, governance, and automation initiatives within the shared services environment. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong SAP payment operations expertise and a passion for driving efficiency in global finance operations.

So, what does it take to be successful in this role?

  • Strong expertise in end-to-end Payment Operations, Cash Management, and Procure to Pay processes, with hands-on experience in SAP payment activities including F110 runs, bank uploads, and payment clearing.
  • Ability to manage complex global stakeholder relationships effectively while ensuring accuracy, compliance, governance, and timely execution in a fast-paced shared services environment.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • High levels of accountability, collaboration, and adaptability, along with the ability to work across multiple teams and manage changing business priorities with confidence.
