The IT Regional Service Delivery Manager – AMEA role is responsible for delivering high-quality, business-focused IT services across the AMEA region while acting as the key bridge between regional business stakeholders and global IT teams. The role focuses on ensuring stable, proactive, and efficient IT operations that support business continuity, user experience, and operational excellence. It involves managing regional IT services, supplier performance, stakeholder engagement, service governance, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites and markets. The position also plays a key role in driving innovation, supporting regional deployments of global IT solutions, and ensuring strong compliance, risk management, and service delivery standards. In addition, the role oversees financial management, local IT budgets, VIP support, and service performance monitoring while ensuring alignment with organizational governance processes. As a leadership role, it requires strong people management capabilities, collaboration across global teams, and the ability to proactively resolve issues while continuously enhancing the overall IT service experience.

So, what does it take to be successful in this role?

  • Strong experience in IT Service Management, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and regional IT operations with expertise in ITIL processes and tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, suppliers, service escalations, IT projects, and regional service delivery across multiple sites and business functions.
  • Strong communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and business partnering skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with regional leadership and global IT teams.
  • Experience in financial management, IT governance, compliance, risk management, capacity planning, and driving continuous service improvement initiatives in a fast-paced global environment.
