The Platform Leader – Network role is responsible for driving the organization’s enterprise network and network security strategy while ensuring stable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure operations. The role focuses on designing scalable network architecture, leading modernization initiatives, and supporting digital transformation programs across global business operations. It requires strong collaboration with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to deliver reliable and future-ready network services. The position also oversees governance, compliance, disaster recovery planning, and continuous improvement of network operations and service KPIs. In addition, the role plays a critical part in managing vendor relationships, optimizing budgets, and implementing emerging technologies such as SD-WAN, Zero Trust, Zscaler, Palo Alto, and Azure Networking. As a leadership role, it also involves mentoring teams, driving performance management, and building a strong culture of innovation, agility, and operational excellence.

So, what does it take to be successful in this role?

  • Strong expertise in enterprise networking, network security, SD-WAN, Zero Trust, cloud networking, and technologies such as Zscaler, Palo Alto Networks, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing global network operations, driving digital transformation initiatives, coaching teams, and delivering high-performance service outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and budget management capabilities with strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex infrastructure environments, drive continuous improvement, resolve critical issues efficiently, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
