The Designer brings ideas to life with clarity and purpose. Work closely with senior designers, art directors, motion designers, and strategists to create thoughtful, innovative work across digital, print, and motion.

This role is for someone ready to take ownership of projects, contribute to concept development, and use motion and animation to make designs feel dynamic. With adaptability, problem-solving, and clear communication, your work will engage audiences and make a meaningful impact.

The Work

  • Generate and develop design concepts from ideation to execution, aligning with creative strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior designers and art directors to create impactful designs that meet brand and campaign goals.
  • Execute visually compelling designs across digital, print, and motion platforms.
  • Work with copywriters, motion designers, and other creatives to produce cohesive, cross-disciplinary work.
  • Contribute ideas, refine designs based on feedback, and clarify instructions to meet project goals.
  • Support the team, maintain design consistency across media, and communicate clearly throughout projects.
  • Ensure all work aligns with the brand identity, paying close attention to composition, typography, and layout.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and grids for scalable, consistent solutions.
  • Apply strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout for functional, impactful designs.
  • Clearly communicate design concepts and rationale in discussions.
  • Solve design challenges creatively, balancing aesthetics with functionality.
  • Adapt quickly to feedback while maintaining high-quality work.
  • Continuously grow skills, stay updated on trends and tools, and remain open to feedback.

Who Will Thrive in This Role?

  • Bring the ability to develop strong design concepts and execute them across multiple media.
  • Demonstrate experience with typography, layout, and color to ensure polished, consistent work.
  • Apply a strong understanding of brand systems and guidelines to maintain cohesive design.
  • Leverage motion to enhance storytelling, visualizing transitions, pacing, and interactions.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while incorporating feedback to refine work.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or motion design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital, print, and motion design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of motion design principles, with experience creating storyboards for animation.
  • Strong grasp of typography, composition, layout, and design systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
