Role Overview

We’re not looking for a traditional Business Analyst.

We’re looking for someone who can redesign how a business actually works through systems, automation, and process optimization.

This is a hands-on execution role, not a reporting role.

Responsibilities 

• Analyze and map end-to-end business processes 
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and manual work in workflows
• Redesign and optimize processes for speed, scalability, and accuracy
• Build automation workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make
• Integrate systems and eliminate repetitive manual tasks
• Define KPIs and build dashboards for operational performance tracking
• Work with teams to implement, document, and improve systems continuously

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 2+ years experience in Business Analysis, Operations, or Process Improvement
• Strong process mapping and workflow design skills
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar)
• Ability to turn complex operations into simple systems
• Experience with data analysis and KPI tracking
• Strong English communication skills
