Heritage Home Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide in-home personal care services for Military Veterans in the Rio Rancho and Bernalillo areas. This PRN/on-call position is ideal for someone who is reliable, patient, and passionate about helping others maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal assistance
Provide mobility and transfer assistance
Follow individualized care plans and delegated care instructions
Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home environment
Provide companionship and emotional support
Observe and report changes in client condition to the clinical team
Escort or transport clients to appointments and errands as needed
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compassionate care at all times

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
Previous caregiving, CNA, home care, or healthcare experience preferred
Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Must live in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Bernalillo, or surrounding areas
