Prime System Solutions is a fast-growing global staffing and managed services firm. We partner with American and Canadian companies to source, hire, and manage top-tier professionals — handling the full employment lifecycle so they can focus on growth. Our core offerings span IT Infrastructure and Business Operations across four countries, and we're expanding.
We're looking for a strategic, commercially driven Head of Sales to own our revenue function — building and scaling our North American client portfolio, leading a high-performing sales team, and shaping the go-to-market strategy for a company on the move.
Key responsibilities
Sales strategy & revenue growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire and grow US and Canadian enterprise clients.
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Set and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets aligned with PSS's growth objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, verticals, and geographies for expansion.
Client acquisition & relationship management
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified North American prospects through outbound, inbound, and referral channels.
- Establish and nurture C-level relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Act as the primary escalation point for major accounts, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
- Represent PSS at industry events, virtual summits, and networking forums.
Team leadership & development
- Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of sales executives and account managers across PSS's global offices.
- Coach the team on consultative selling, objection handling, and relationship-based business development.
- Establish KPIs, performance frameworks, and incentive structures.
- Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative sales culture.
Collaboration & reporting
- Work closely with Recruitment, Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence to the CEO.
- Use CRM tools to track all sales activity, ensuring data integrity and visibility across the org.
Requirements
5–10 years B2B sales experience
- At least 4-5 years in a leadership or senior individual contributor role
- Proven track record of closing high-value contracts and managing complex, long sales cycles.
Staffing / outsourcing / IT services background
- Selling to US and Canadian clients
- Deep understanding of North American business culture, buying behavior, and procurement processes.
Team building & management
- Remote, multicultural sales teams preferred
- Experience defining KPIs, running performance reviews, and coaching for conversion.
CRM & digital sales tools
- HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and outbound strategy.
Excellent English communication
- Written and verbal — client-facing at C-suite level
- Ability to craft compelling proposals, run discovery calls, and present to senior stakeholders.
