We’re looking for a stellar part-time Front Desk Associate (FDA) to join our established and high-performing team at Myo West Hollywood! As one of the first faces our clients see, you’ll play a key role in delivering an elevated, seamless experience that keeps them coming back.

💡 We’re looking for candidates who are available to work 3 shifts per week, with all shifts scheduled as either AM or PM shifts, including 2 weekdays and a required Sunday shift.
FDAs will bring energy and hospitality to a clinic known for its vibrant community and expert care. You’ll help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, support our clinicians, and ensure every client feels welcomed and empowered. ### What You'll Do
Deliver exceptional, on-brand client service across phone, in-person, and written communication
Guide new clients through Myo’s services with clear, confident messaging
Manage and optimize clinic schedules, bookings, and waitlists
Accurately handle billing, claims, invoices, and client documentation
Keep the clinic clean, stocked, and running smoothly day-to-day
Support client follow-ups, marketing efforts, and business-driving initiatives
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions
