About the Position
We're looking for several Recruiting Coordinators to join our New York team. We want organized, proactive go-getters who are excited to learn and grow on a collaborative team, and care as deeply as we do about getting the little things right and maintaining a warm, welcoming, people-first approach to recruiting. While you should have some professional experience, no prior recruiting experience is required — we can teach you what you need to know.
We're hiring for a few different openings across a range of disciplines on the team. Below is an idea of the focus areas you might be asked to support:
- Campus, Early Careers Partnerships and Initiatives: Supporting our campus recruitment strategy, including engagement and communications with prospective candidates, external partnership relationships, planning and executing recruitment events and programs, representing us at these events, and managing job and event postings. This area involves regular travel.
- Campus Infrastructure Recruiting: Supporting our campus pipelines for infrastructure roles, including coordinating interviews, managing candidate logistics and communications, and supporting related recruitment events.
- Experienced Hire, Non-Technology: Supporting lateral hiring for our Infrastructure and Trading teams, including scheduling interviews, managing recruiting calendars, coordinating live interviews, and keeping our applicant tracking system up to date.
- Experienced Hire, Technology: Supporting lateral hiring for our software engineering and other technical roles, including scheduling phone screens and on-sites, managing calendars, and coordinating live interviews.
- Recruiting Operations: Keeping our recruiting systems running smoothly, building tools and reports, and supporting the team with data. Day-to-day work includes triaging tool and system issues, monitoring automated jobs, keeping tickets and requests moving, building reports, and partnering with internal teams on bugs, feature requests and process improvements.
Our Recruiting team has developed a dynamic strategy and engaging interview process to find and hire some of the best talent from all corners of the world. Your ability to get the details right and create positive connections with our candidates will make you a valuable addition to all aspects of the team.
About You
- Have 1-3 years of professional experience (recruiting, HR, or operations experience is a plus but not required)
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail; you appreciate how much it matters to get the little things right
- A self-starter who can manage competing priorities and who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment with frequent context-switching
- A clear communicator who can work across teams and respond to a range of stakeholders, including colleagues, candidates, search firms, and external partners
- Humble about what you do and don't know; not afraid to ask for help and eager to ask questions and seek feedback
- A flexible team player with a positive attitude who adapts quickly to changes
- Willing and able to learn new recruiting systems and tools
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to work more efficiently
- Having some technical comfort is a plus across all the areas we’re hiring for, and is especially relevant for the Operations track (e.g., building reports, navigating spreadsheets, working with structured data, picking up internal tooling)
- Having experience with tools like Greenhouse, Workday Recruiting, Gem, Jira, or Tableau is a plus
