Role Overview
We are seeking highly curious, driven individuals to join our team as Early Career Consultants specializing in Data & AI, Azure, and modern development practices.
This role is ideal for individuals with foundational skills or hands-on experience in Data, AI, or Azure-based solutions who are eager to accelerate their careers in consulting. You’ll work alongside experienced practitioners to solve real business challenges using emerging technologies.
If you’re passionate about learning quickly, solving complex problems, and building with modern tools, this role is for you.

Who You Are
You may be a great fit if you are:

A recent graduate with exposure to Data, AI, LLMs, or cloud technologies through coursework, bootcamps, or personal projects
An early-career professional (1-5 years) seeking rapid growth in a consulting environment
Transitioning from another field with strong transferable skills in problem-solving, analytics, or technology
Naturally curious, adaptable, and motivated to learn in a fast-paced environment

Modern tools or workflows (e.g., GitHub, version control, AI-assisted programming, React, TypeScript, .Net, C#, Microsoft tech-stack)
