About Showpad
At Showpad, we’re looking for a high-energy, data-driven Business Development Manager to lead and develop a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) focused on pipeline generation and revenue growth.
This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments, knows how to build high-performing teams, and leverages data, automation, and AI to scale outbound and inbound prospecting efforts.
You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to optimize pipeline generation, improve funnel performance, and drive operational excellence across the BDR function.
What You’ll Do
Lead a High-Performing BDR Team
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of BDRs in a metrics-driven environment
- Drive accountability around pipeline generation, activity targets, and conversion performance
- Hire, onboard, and mentor top talent while building future sales leaders
Drive Pipeline Growth
- Own team attainment against monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline goals
- Monitor inbound and outbound performance to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to improve lead routing, follow-up speed, and conversion rates
Build Scalable Processes
- Continuously improve outbound messaging, prospecting workflows, and team processes
- Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance prospecting efficiency, personalization, reporting, and coaching workflows
- Use Salesforce and reporting dashboards to drive data-backed decisions and operational rigor
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales leadership to align on pipeline strategy and execution
- Help refine segmentation, territory planning, outreach frameworks, and best practices across the business
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience managing BDR/SDR teams in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of exceeding pipeline generation goals
- Strong coaching and performance management skills
- Experience with Salesforce reporting and sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, etc.)
- Highly analytical with the ability to use data to drive action and accountability
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong communicator with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve sales development workflows and team productivity is a plus
