What You’ll Do
- Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and functional mobility programs
- Assist patients in improving strength, balance, mobility, and overall function
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and wellness strategies
- Accurately document patient progress using AI-assisted documentation technology
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Foster a positive, compassionate, and team-oriented clinic atmosphere

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
- Active Michigan PTA license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
