Role Summary

You are the owner of direct-booked revenue.
From first impression to final booking, you control the entire funnel — ads, landing pages, messaging, conversion.

You’ll inherit a strong foundation: budget, tools, and brand trust.
You’ll also inherit what didn’t work — and fix it.

This is not a role for coordinators or “brand-only” marketers.
This is for builders who test fast, kill what doesn’t perform, and scale what does.

Responsibilities (Outcomes, Not Tasks)

Revenue Ownership

  • Own direct-booked revenue from paid funnels — the number is yours.

  • Define CAC targets, conversion benchmarks, and growth trajectories.

  • Report performance weekly — wins, losses, and next actions.

Funnel Execution

  • Build and optimize the full funnel: Meta → Landing Page → Booking.

  • Launch, test, and iterate on ad creatives, hooks, and offers continuously.

  • Develop high-converting landing pages with strong direct-response principles.

Systems & Experimentation

  • Design and enforce a testing cadence (creative, copy, LP variations).

  • Build documented systems: creative briefs, LP frameworks, kill/scale rules.

  • Ensure every experiment has a clear hypothesis and measurement plan.

Tooling & Automation

  • Leverage and evolve the current stack: Meta Ads, HubSpot, AI tools (Claude, Midjourney), analytics platforms.

  • Improve tracking, attribution, and reporting accuracy across the funnel.

  • Use AI to increase speed and output across creative and testing cycles.

Team Building

  • Hire and train a junior growth executor by Month 9.

  • Transition from execution-heavy to system + strategy ownership.

  • Build a growth function that scales beyond you.

Results (Success Looks Like...)

Day 30

  • Full funnel audit completed (ads, LPs, tracking, past tests).

  • Baseline metrics established.

  • 12-month growth plan defined.

  • First test campaigns live.

Day 90

  • CAC trending downward.

  • Conversion rates improving across funnel stages.

  • Core SOPs documented (testing, LP creation, reporting).

  • First repeatable growth system in place.

Month 12

  • Direct bookings reach 15%+ of total revenue.

  • Funnel is predictable, scalable, and continuously improving.

  • Junior hire onboarded and executing.

  • You are operating at a strategic level, not just execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing $20k–$50k+/month paid media budgets (Meta required).

  • Built and launched 20+ landing pages with a focus on conversion.

  • Strong foundation in direct-response marketing and copywriting.

  • Deep understanding of funnel metrics: CAC, CVR, LTV, payback periods.

  • Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads, HubSpot, analytics platforms, and AI tools (e.g., Claude, Midjourney).

  • Highly analytical — you don’t ship without a measurement plan.

  • Fast executor with a strong bias toward testing and iteration.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Compensation & Logistics

  • COP 15M–30M/month + performance bonus tied to direct-booking revenue.

  • Top of band for proven high performers.

  • Clear path to Head of Growth as Cloud9 scales and new ventures launch.

  • Hybrid role based in Bogotá (LATAM / US Central time zones preferred).

  • Reports directly to the CEO.
