Management Associate (Fast track)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a driven and personable Management Associate to join our team. This is a high-ownership role where you'll work directly with clients, support training delivery, and help shape content — all while operating in a fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable environment. If you thrive on variety, enjoy working with people, and like getting things done, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage and nurture client relationships as a primary point of contact

• Coordinate and support training sessions — including on-site delivery

• Develop and refine training materials and content assets

• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth project execution

• Leverage AI tools to boost your own and the team's productivity

• Occasionally work flexible hours to meet client or project needs

NICE TO HAVE

• Prior entrepreneurial experience or a track record of self-initiated projects

• Basic technical know-how (e.g. prompt engineering, workflow automation)

Requirements

• Business-minded with strong commercial instincts — bonus points if you've run a side project or business of your own

• Excellent communicator with a professional presence; confident working with clients in person

• English proficiency at C1 level or above (written reading and spoken)

• Comfortable with technology — you've experimented with AI tools and aren't afraid to try new ones

• A hard worker who can adapt to flexible schedules when needed

• Willingness to travel for training events or client meetings

• Recent graduates are very welcome to apply
