Role Summary:
We’re looking for a bold, culture-savvy Creative Director to lead ideas that cut through noise and shape conversations. You’ll own the creative direction across brands, campaigns, and content driving work that is both strategically sharp and culturally relevant.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and inspire a team of creatives to deliver standout, scroll-stopping work
  • Own the creative vision across campaigns, content, and brand storytelling
  • Turn insights and trends into powerful, culturally relevant ideas
  • Collaborate closely with strategy and client service to deliver impactful campaigns
  • Present and sell ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders
  • Push boundaries while maintaining brand consistency and excellence

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7–10 years in a fast-paced creative/advertising agency
  • Strong portfolio of bold, culture-driven campaigns (digital-first is key)
  • Proven leadership experience managing young, high-performing teams
  • Deep understanding of social media, trends, and youth culture
  • Confident storyteller and presenter
