Associate Director, Marketing (HCP & Patient Strategy)

Remote with flexibility to travel as needed

Position Summary

This role exists to support and strengthen brand strategy while leading high-impact execution across HCP and patient marketing for therapies addressing CNS disorders.
You will partner closely with the Brand Lead to translate strategy into action, ensuring campaigns are insight-driven, coordinated across functions, and executed with speed and precision.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Brand Lead to inform and evolve brand strategy, bringing forward insights from market research, field feedback, and performance data
  • Translate brand strategy into integrated HCP and patient marketing plans, ensuring alignment across the treatment journey
  • Lead end-to-end execution of key marketing initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, on strategy, and on budget
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across medical, patient services, market access, and field teams to enable seamless execution
  • Analyze campaign performance and market dynamics to optimize messaging, targeting, and channel mix
  • Support and execute digital marketing strategy across HCP and patient channels, improving engagement and effectiveness
  • Lead execution of patient-focused initiatives, including disease education and support programs that improve diagnosis and access
  • Own operational excellence across key marketing programs (e.g., speaker bureau, congress execution), identifying inefficiencies and improving impact

Qualifications & Key Success Factors

Must-Have Capabilities

• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, supporting both strategy and execution across HCP and/or patient audiences
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into high-quality execution across multiple channels
• Experience working in cross-functional teams within a regulated environment
• Strong analytical skills—able to interpret data and recommend actions
• Experience in rare disease, specialty, or CNS/neurology preferred
