Field Application Scientist

Key Responsibilities

1. 根据销售/客户的实际需求，做技术介绍和技术方案交流。Deliver technical presentations and scientific discussions based on sales and customer needs, providing technical support and solution-oriented communication.
2. 根据客户的需求做演示实验，进行现场 demo，以展示产品使用流程，突出产品性能，帮助销售完成订单转化。Conduct demon，on-site product demos according to customer requirements, showcasing product workflows and performance to support sales conversion and order closing.
3. 根据需求支持产品的安装，应用问题；负责学术培训和产品培训。 Provide support for product installation, application troubleshooting, academic training, and product training.
4. 与销售/市场人员合作培训客户和经销商，提供学术支持。Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to train customers and distributors, providing scientific and technical support.
5. 与国内研发团队合作，推动产品方案落地，参与产品宣传资料策划、撰写、及市场活动推广。Work closely with the R&D team in China to facilitate product implementation, and participate in the planning, development, and promotion of product marketing materials and scientific campaigns.

Requirements

Qualifications

• 具有分子生物学、细胞生物学，生物工程、生物化学等生命科学相关专业硕士以上学历；Master’s degree or above in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Bioengineering, Biochemistry, or other related Life Sciences disciplines.
• 对抗体、微生物、生物酶筛选有过实操或者项目经验的优先；Hands-on experience or project experience in antibody screening, microbial screening, enzyme screening, or related areas is highly preferred.
• 具有较强的沟通能力及分析、解决问题的能力；Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• 完成公司领导交办的其他工作，可以适应欧美出差；Able to complete other tasks assigned by management and willing to travel internationally, particularly to Europe and North America.
• 英文交流流利，谈举止得体，积极向上，能够主动、快速学习 Fluent in English with strong verbal communication and professional presentation skills; proactive, positive, and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
