### What You Will Do

Maintain and improve data quality in CRM systems.

Support data uploads, cleanup, and enrichment.

Assist with lead assignment, routing, and basic workflow execution.

Support sales team with pipeline updates and operational requests.

Help prepare and maintain reports and dashboards.

Execute and maintain existing processes and workflows.

Support documentation of processes and best practices.

Assist senior team members with ongoing projects.

### What We Expect

0-2 years of experience in a data, operations, or administrative role.

Strong attention to detail and structured way of working.

Comfortable working with data (Excel or Google Sheets).

Eagerness to learn CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).

Organized, reliable, and proactive mindset.

Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate.

Interest in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations as a career path.

### Salary Range

Gross salary 2100-2700 EUR/Month
