We have an exciting opportunity to join our Operations team in Sydney and are currently looking for a Head of Change & Transformation to join the team.

In this role, you will build VGW’s first dedicated Change & Transformation function from the ground up, helping bring together our enterprise roadmap and ensuring our most important strategic priorities are delivered clearly, effectively and with the right people involved at the right time.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Build VGW’s first dedicated Change & Transformation function, creating a practical and scalable approach to how major change is planned, coordinated and delivered across the business.
• Create a clear enterprise roadmap view that brings together key initiatives, highlights cross functional dependencies, and helps teams identify delivery risks before they become bigger issues.
• Establish the right operating rhythm with ExCo and senior leaders, ensuring there is clear visibility of progress, key milestones, risks, decisions and trade offs.
• Help manage the pace and sequencing of change across the business, making sure teams understand what is coming, where priorities may overlap, and where additional focus or support may be needed.

What you will bring to the role:

• Significant experience leading transformation delivery, program governance, change delivery or digital delivery in a product led, technology or digital environment.
• Experience building a function, capability or way of working from the ground up, ideally in a business where there is ambiguity and not everything is already clearly defined.
• Strong understanding of agile, product and technology delivery, with experience using tools such as Jira, Advanced Roadmaps or similar platforms to bring visibility to complex work.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive presence, with the ability to build trust, influence senior leaders, and constructively challenge where there are risks around delivery, sequencing or timelines.
• Strong commercial judgement and systems thinking, with the ability to connect operational and technical change to customer, player and business outcomes.
