Role Purpose
Coordinate legal and contractual activities for the Film Studio asset, ensuring effective management of agreements, contract workflows, documentation controls, and compliance coordination in alignment with legal governance requirements. The role supports a lean OpCo model through disciplined tracking, approval routing, and legal readiness across commercial, operational, and activation-related agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate legal and contractual documentation activities across the Film Studio asset.
- Support preparation, review coordination, processing, and execution tracking of agreements and contracts.
- Coordinate tenant, vendor, consultant, partnership, service, and other operational agreement workflows.
- Liaise with centralized Legal teams regarding legal reviews, approvals, standard terms, and compliance matters.
- Track contract lifecycle activities including initiation, approvals, renewals, amendments, expirations, and close-out actions.
- Maintain legal records, contract repositories, trackers, and documentation databases with strong version control and confidentiality discipline.
- Support procurement, commercial, and corporate enablement teams on contract administration and workflow coordination activities.
- Monitor contractual obligations, action items, approval bottlenecks, and compliance requirements, escalating issues where required.
- Coordinate legal governance requirements, approval routing processes, and document completeness checks before submission.
- Support operational risk mitigation through proper documentation tracking, expiry monitoring, and records discipline.
- Assist in maintaining templates, standard clauses, approval checklists, and document control processes.
- Coordinate legal readiness for operational activation activities, partner onboarding, and commercial launch requirements.
- Support audit, compliance, and due diligence documentation requests.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive contractual and legal information.
- Escalate legal and contractual risks, delays, and renewal exposures to relevant stakeholders where required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field.
- 4–6 years of legal coordination, contract administration, or documentation control experience.
- Experience in commercial, operational, real estate, entertainment, or other governance-led environments preferred.
