About the Role
Darwin Harbour Cruises is looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Office Administrator to support day-to-day operations. This exciting opportunity is avaliable to anyone looking to join a fast-paced tourism and hospitality environment, where your administration skills, attention to detail and positive attitude will help keep the business sailing smoothly.
Working closely with the operations team, you will play an important role in delivering professional administrative support, coordinating communications, maintaining accurate records and helping create a seamless experience for both internal teams and our guests. This is a casual position, working on a rotating roster across 7 days a week and based at the Darwin Harbour Cruises office on Stokes Hill Wharf, Darwin.
Responsibilites
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails and customer enquiries professionally
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Darwin Harbour Cruises team
- Coordinate schedules, bookings and general office administration
- Prepare reports, correspondence and internal documentation as required
- Maintain accurate filing systems, records and databases
- Monitor office supplies and help keep the office organised and professional
- Support operational teams and assist with a range of business administration tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and follow workplace health and safety procedures

Requirements
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative, office support or similar role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, customer-focused approach
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to continuous improvement
