Certified Nanny (Early Childhood or Education) - Full-time - Tannay

A family based in Tannay is looking for a full-time nanny to care for three children aged 2 months, 3 years, and 5 years.

The role focuses primarily on the baby, while also providing a supportive and nurturing presence for the two older children before and after school and activities.

The family is looking for someone with a degree in early childhood education or teaching, who is experienced, proactive, and capable of establishing a stable environment, clear routines, and high-quality educational support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily care for the infant (meals, sleep, hygiene, stimulation)
• Ensure a safe, calm, and stimulating environment for the baby
• Manage the routines of all three children in a structured and consistent manner
• Support the children in their daily and developmental activities
• Offer age-appropriate activities
• Supervise the children with kindness while setting clear boundaries
• Ensure educational continuity in collaboration with the parents
• Participate in general organizational tasks related to the children

Requirements

• Valid EU passport or Swiss work permit
• Degree in early childhood education, education, or teaching (strongly preferred)
• Proven experience with infants and multiple young children
• Good knowledge of or interest in Montessori pedagogy
• Active, organized, and self-reliant individual
• Ability to establish solid routines and manage multiple children
• Firm yet caring educational approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of responsibility
• Language: fluent in French or English
• Driver’s license: a plus
