We are looking for a results-driven Digital & Media Senior Manager to lead end-to-end media strategy across brands and the AGM portfolio. This role will be responsible for overseeing media planning, execution, budget management, and performance optimization to maximize brand impact and business growth.
The ideal candidate will bring strong digital expertise, strategic media planning capabilities, and a data-driven mindset to drive effective channel selection, content strategies, and campaign performance. The role also requires close partnership with media agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure best-in-class media execution and value generation for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of end-to-end media strategies across brands and the AGM portfolio.
- Manage media planning, budgeting, execution, and performance tracking to ensure maximum effectiveness and ROI.
- Partner with media agencies to develop optimal channel strategies, media plans, and content approaches aligned with business objectives.
- Drive digital media excellence across paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring strong audience engagement and campaign performance.
- Negotiate effectively with media partners and agencies to secure the best value, placements, and commercial outcomes for the group.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights and digital analytics tools.
- Identify emerging media trends, technologies, and consumer behaviors to enhance media effectiveness and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with brand, marketing, and cross-functional teams to align media strategies with overall business and communication goals.
- Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Ensure campaigns are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Media, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 6–9 years of experience in media planning, digital marketing, or integrated media management.
- Strong expertise in digital media platforms, performance marketing, analytics, and campaign optimization.
- Proven experience managing media agencies, budgets, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience working across multiple brands or portfolios is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in digital analytics and media tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills with a result-oriented mindset.
