Junior Inbound Sales Representative

As a Junior Sales Representative, you are the primary point of contact for our customers, serving as the face of our brand and the catalyst for transforming outdoor living dreams into reality. Your core purpose is to manage inbound interest with energy and professionalism, guiding potential clients through a consultative journey to find their perfect Scandinavian-inspired solution.

What You’ll Do

• Actively manage and qualify warm inbound leads from diverse marketing channels and online enquiries.

• Conduct engaging consultations to understand unique customer needs and outdoor space requirements.

• Present tailored PERGOLUX solutions, effectively demonstrating the value and design of our premium product range.

• Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline within our CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate documentation.

• Collaborate with the wider sales and logistics teams to ensure a seamless transition from purchase to delivery.
