We are looking for a Key Account Manager with a strong project management background to join our international Sales team in Vilnius and help drive the next stage of TLT’s growth.

In this position, you will :
- Lead complex customer programs from nomination through to mass production and beyond.
- Manage the end-to-end project management of customer onboarding, integration, and scaling.
- Own strategic customer relationships, driving long-term growth and account retention.
- Align cross-functional internal teams (engineering, sourcing, planning, and production) to ensure seamless program execution.
- Lead customer communication and proactively mitigate risks to prevent escalations.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand revenue.
- Ensure performance on key business metrics aligns with company objectives (revenue growth, margin performance, cost management/PPV, inventory turns, AR management, etc.).
- Provide regular status updates and performance reports to the management team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Program/Project Management, or Strategic Sales.
- Strong background in EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) or the electronics manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- A proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving complex technical projects.
- A strong commercial mindset with the ability to negotiate, build partnerships, and grow accounts.
- English language proficiency at a C1 level or higher (primary working language).
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office and modern Project Management platforms.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, solve problems proactively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
