We are currently seeking an HR Generalist (CnB background) to join our growing manufacturing team in our newly established facility in Vĩnh Lộc 2 Industrial Zone Park, Mỹ Yên, Tây Ninh (Formerly Bến Lức, Long An). Shuttle bus is provided from HCM to the factory.
Report line: HR Supervisor | HR – Admin Department
Size: 100 employees (2026)
In this position, you will:
1. Payroll & Time Attendance
- Coordinate with Heads of Departments (HODs) to verify payroll data including attendance, OT, shift allowance, leave, deductions, and final settlements.
- Coordinate with Accounting Department to process monthly payroll accurately and on time for direct and indirect employees.
- Prepare payroll reports and support annual PIT finalization.
- Manage Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and statutory benefits including registration, adjustment, reconciliation, and employee claims (sick leave, maternity, occupational accidents, etc.).
2. Labor Relations & HR Administration
- Prepare and maintain labor contracts, probation/apprenticeship agreements, amendments, and employee records.
- Maintain HR database accuracy and ensure proper filing and archiving of HR documents.
- Monitor employee compliance with company policies, labor regulations, mandatory trainings, and required documentation.
- Provide employee guidance on labor contracts, benefits, and HR policies.
- Support management on labor law compliance, regulatory updates, and company policies.
3. HR Compliance & Organizational Support
- Draft and maintain HR documents, including announcements, decisions, procedures, regulations, and templates.
- Support development and implementation of labor-related policies in compliance with labor law and company SOPs.
- Participate in the implementation of performance assessment processes and support performance review administration.
- Prepare periodic labor and HR reports as required by management and authorities.
4. Other HR Operations
- Support recruitment activities, onboarding/offboarding, and employee data management.
- Perform other tasks assigned by direct manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Generalist, C&B, or HR Operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law, payroll, social insurance, and HR practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll, or time attendance systems is an advantage.
- Good command of English communication (written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail, good time management, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Positive working attitude, integrity, and strong sense of responsibility.
