Role Overview 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Agent to lead client engagement, drive high-value property sales, and support the development of sales team members in a remote working environment. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive high-value revenue targets and enhance conversion performance through strategic lead management 
  • Handle complex sales negotiations and close high-value property deals
  • Review lead quality and provide feedback on chatbot and CRM-generated inquiries

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years experience in a senior or high-performing sales role 
  • Strong track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding targets 
  • Excellent spoken and written English (Arabic is a strong advantage) 
  • Comfortable working remotely and meeting targets
