The People Operations team is seeking a highly organized and employee-focused People Operations Coordinator to support onboarding operations, employee lifecycle administration, and day-to-day People Operations support across a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
In this role, you will serve as a key operational partner in delivering a seamless employee experience from pre-boarding through offboarding. You will manage onboarding workflows, maintain employee data integrity, coordinate cross-functional processes, and support scalable People Operations programs and initiatives.
This role requires strong attention to detail, operational discipline, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple workflows in a high-volume environment while maintaining a high standard of employee support and service.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage onboarding operations across the employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, internal changes, and offboarding activities
Administer onboarding workflows, documentation, HR systems updates, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a seamless and compliant employee experience
Maintain and monitor employee data within HRIS and related systems, identifying discrepancies or process gaps and ensuring timely resolution
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, IT, Payroll, managers, and other stakeholders to support hiring and onboarding execution at scale
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions related to People Operations processes, policies, documentation, and general support inquiries
Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives, helping coordinate programs, communications, and operational logistics
Assist with People Operations reporting, audits, documentation management, and compliance-related administrative activities
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, employee experience, and workflow consistency across People Operations processes
Participate in People Operations projects and continuous improvement initiatives supporting organizational growth and scalability
Qualifications
1+ year of experience supporting Human Resources, People Operations, onboarding, employee support, or a related operational function
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when handling sensitive employee information and operational processes
Demonstrated ability to manage workflows independently while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across all levels of the organization
Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams while exercising sound judgment and discretion
Proven integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and company information
Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and familiarity with HRIS or ticketing/workflow management systems
Experience supporting high-volume onboarding or employee operations processes in a scaling environment is preferred
Compensation
$40,000 - $60,000
This salary can vary based on location, years of experience, background and skill set.
