We are seeking a highly proactive, research-driven Senior Sourcing Specialist to build and scale top-of-funnel talent pipelines across technical and operational hiring. This role will own proactive pipeline development in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers, identifying and engaging high-quality passive talent in competitive markets.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, curious, data-driven, and energized by identifying hard-to-find talent through creative sourcing strategies, market mapping, and relationship building.
This is a high-impact role within a fast-paced Talent Acquisition organization supporting rapid organizational growth.
What to expect:
Build and maintain proactive pipelines of passive talent across technical and operational functions
Conduct targeted sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities, referrals, and alternative sourcing channels
Develop talent maps and competitor research for critical hiring areas
Partner closely with recruiters to prioritize requisitions and build sourcing strategy for key roles
Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage passive candidates
Identify and nurture silver medalist and evergreen candidate pipelines for future hiring needs
Maintain accurate candidate data, source tracking, and pipeline activity within Ashby ATS
Support diversity sourcing initiatives and broaden talent market reach
Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing conversion rates, response rates, and outreach effectiveness
Collaborate with Recruiting Operations and Talent Acquisition leadership to improve sourcing workflows and reporting
Our ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of sourcing, recruiting, or talent intelligence experience
Experience sourcing for technical, infrastructure, data center, engineering, and operational roles
Experience building and maintaining passive candidate pipelines at scale across multiple concurrent requisitions
Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing methodologies
Strong sourcing analytics mindset, including tracking outreach effectiveness and conversion rates
Excellent written communication and candidate engagement skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience working within an ATS; Ashby experience is a plus
Strong research and talent mapping capabilities
Metrics-driven mindset with ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
Compensation
$70,000 - $85,000 + Quarterly Variable Bonus
Final compensation will vary depending on years of experience, background/skill set, location, and applicable laws.
