The People Operations team is seeking a highly organized and employee-focused People Operations Coordinator to support onboarding operations, employee lifecycle administration, and day-to-day People Operations support across a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

In this role, you will serve as a key operational partner in delivering a seamless employee experience from pre-boarding through offboarding. You will manage onboarding workflows, maintain employee data integrity, coordinate cross-functional processes, and support scalable People Operations programs and initiatives.

This role requires strong attention to detail, operational discipline, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple workflows in a high-volume environment while maintaining a high standard of employee support and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage onboarding operations across the employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, internal changes, and offboarding activities

  • Administer onboarding workflows, documentation, HR systems updates, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a seamless and compliant employee experience

  • Maintain and monitor employee data within HRIS and related systems, identifying discrepancies or process gaps and ensuring timely resolution

  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, IT, Payroll, managers, and other stakeholders to support hiring and onboarding execution at scale

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions related to People Operations processes, policies, documentation, and general support inquiries

  • Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives, helping coordinate programs, communications, and operational logistics

  • Assist with People Operations reporting, audits, documentation management, and compliance-related administrative activities

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, employee experience, and workflow consistency across People Operations processes

  • Participate in People Operations projects and continuous improvement initiatives supporting organizational growth and scalability

 

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience supporting Human Resources, People Operations, onboarding, employee support, or a related operational function

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when handling sensitive employee information and operational processes

  • Demonstrated ability to manage workflows independently while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across all levels of the organization

  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams while exercising sound judgment and discretion

  • Proven integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and company information

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and familiarity with HRIS or ticketing/workflow management systems

  • Experience supporting high-volume onboarding or employee operations processes in a scaling environment is preferred

Compensation

$40,000 - $60,000

This salary can vary based on location, years of experience, background and skill set.
