### THE WORK:
  • You'll review project schedule submittals from Design and Contractor Teams to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
  • You'll perform independent schedule analyses for the Owner, including preliminary, baseline, and as-built schedules.
  • You'll evaluate four-week look-ahead schedules and monthly schedule updates for accuracy and completeness.
  • You'll assess recovery schedules, time impact analyses, and time extension requests in accordance with contract terms.
  • You'll facilitate coordination and resolve interface issues across multiple concurrent projects.
  • You'll ensure all submitted schedules comply with LAWA project coding and activity code structures.
  • You'll identify, interpret, and apply relevant contract provisions to claims and schedule disputes.
  • You'll conduct complex schedule analyses to identify project risks, interdependencies, and claims-related impacts.
  • You'll assist with change orders, delay claims, and dispute resolution efforts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • You'll analyze contractor delay claims using forensic scheduling practices, including disruption, acceleration, and recovery assessments.
  • You'll prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials that clearly communicate complex sequencing and forensic findings.
  • You'll recommend delay mitigation strategies and alternative solutions to address schedule-related challenges.
  • You'll develop KPIs and apply scheduling expertise on large-scale capital projects exceeding $500 million while supporting collaboration among all stakeholders.
  • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. May be required to work past regular work shift or various shifts as needed.
  • ### HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or other related technical field required
  • 10 years or more of scheduling experience with 5 plus years of reporting (milestones, interdependencies, etc.) in direct support of an active construction program covering multiple projects and varying project delivery methods
  • Direct forensic scheduling experience to support claims analysis on large-scale, complex heavy civil, vertical and horizontal projects (projects of at least $200M value and 3-years or greater duration) particularly for assessment of delay claims and potential owner’s liabilities
  • Experience with various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR and Design/Build
  • ### BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
  • Relevant Professional Licensure & Certifications are strongly preferred
  • Prior experience in aviation and large transportation projects, is highly desirable
