We are a dynamic afterschool enrichment program dedicated to creating engaging, safe, and supportive environments where children can explore, learn, and thrive. We are currently seeking a highly organized, responsive, and nurturing Full-Time Coordinator to join our team.
Position Overview
The Coordinator is the on-site point person ensuring smooth daily operations. This includes overseeing arrival and dismissal with security, guiding students to their scheduled classes, managing basic communication, and stepping in for coverage when needed. The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, responsive, and committed to supporting a structured enrichment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for families, staff, security, and school partners during program hours
- Monitor arrival/dismissal, track attendance, manage absences, and ensure students are released only to authorized adults
- Support coaches and instructors by managing transitions and helping classes start smoothly
- Communicate with off-site leadership regarding incidents, absences, or supply needs
- Uphold all safety protocols and program policies throughout the day
- Provide classroom coverage when instructors are absent or delayed
- Maintain a positive, professional rapport with families, staff, and school partners
- Troubleshoot day-to-day issues and escalate concerns when necessary
- Promoting growth and seeking new enrollment for the program.

Schedule:
- Day: Monday-Friday
- We are looking for candidates who can commit for the full 2026-27’ school year.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
- Experience working with young children in an educational or youth setting
- Prior leadership, front desk, or coordination experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy and capable of responding to emails, updating trackers, and maintaining digital communication
- Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, dependable, and solutions-oriented

- Competitive Rate: $50,000-$55,000
- Full-time schedule (Monday–Friday)
