Graphic Designer

As part of our dynamic team in Riyadh, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and communication of technical proposals for major projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing visually compelling technical proposals for program management, consulting, and contracting companies
• Creating proposal-related deliverables such as bid decks, capability statements, infographics, and templates
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with client requirements
• Translating complex technical information into clear, engaging visual formats
• Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in all design outputs
• Contributing to the development of innovative design solutions that support business objectives
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 6+ years of relevant graphic design experience
• Experience designing technical proposals for program management, consulting, or contracting companies
• Portfolio showcasing technical proposal work samples
• Experience producing proposal-related deliverables such as proposal documents, bid decks, capability statements, infographics, or templates
• Professional experience working in the Middle East
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft PowerPoint, and Canva
• English language proficiency
