A family in Wellesley, MA 02481 is seeking a warm, experienced, and dependable nanny to care for their 3 year old and 10 month old. They are looking for someone who is nurturing, proactive, and hoping to build a long term relationship with a caregiver who will grow with their family.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Opportunity for additional weekday and weekend hours
• Start date: June 8, 2026

Family Specifications:

• Smoke free home
• No pets in the household
• Family is seeking a caregiver with a clean driving record, excellent references, and prior nanny experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive care for two young children
• School drop off and pick up
• Meal preparation and feeding support
• Children’s laundry
• Light housekeeping related to the children
• Take children to agreed upon classes and activities
• Create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities and routines
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and organized environment

Requirements:

• Prior nanny experience required
• Experience caring for infants and young children required
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive
• Warm, engaging, and seeking a long term fit with a family

Compensation:

• $27 to $30 per hour
• Two weeks of paid vacation and national holidays; reimbursement provided for use of a car
