As a BAM Property Manager, you’ll take ownership of one of our communities by leading a team, hitting performance goals, and ensuring residents feel at home every day.
🚀 What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
- Lead, mentor, and develop your team (leasing, maintenance, and admin)
- Own the financials: budgeting, rent collection, cost control
- Drive occupancy and retention through smart marketing and exceptional service
- Ensure compliance with fair housing and regulatory guidelines
- Champion asset care and property performance
🧠 You Bring:
- 5+ years of residential property management experience (Class B+ or higher preferred)
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Attention to detail and strong operational discipline
- Stellar communication and customer service instincts
- Tech-savviness with CRM/property management systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
