### Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Valid Texas LVN license, current CPR certification, driver’s license, and auto liability insurance

6 months of pediatric home health experience as an LVN preferred (not required)

Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in a home setting for 8–12 hour shifts, allowing them to remain with their families instead of an in-patient facility

Care for clients with serious illnesses, disabilities, or those recovering from injuries or extensive surgery

Assess client conditions during each visit, including vital signs, seizure monitoring, and care for gastrostomy tubes, tracheostomies, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilators
