We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support & Implementation Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer onboarding and implementation experience.
In this position, you will act as the primary liaison between customers, the Sales Team, and Implementation Specialists to support the successful transition from sales to project execution. You will be responsible for coordinating communication, managing documentation, tracking customer requirements, and supporting implementation activities to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and professionally.
The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the implementation journey.
### Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between customers, Sales Representatives, and Implementation Specialists.Support the handoff process from sales closing to implementation onboarding.Ensure all customer requirements, expectations, and project details are accurately communicated toimplementation teams.Maintain regular communication with customers regarding onboarding progress, timelines, and nextsteps.Coordinate kickoff meetings and follow-up sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
### Is this you?
Excellent communication skills in English (minimum C1 level)Strong analytical and numerical skills (logic score above 85)Minimum 1 year of previous experience in the Travel Agency industry and familiarity with GDS systemsExperience in Sales Support and/or Implementation roles is considered a plus!
