James A. Wheat & Sons is seeking a motivated and professional Comfort Consultant to join our growing team serving Montgomery County and Northwest Washington, DC. We are looking for someone who excels at building trust, providing exceptional customer experiences, and helping homeowners choose the best comfort solutions for their homes.

What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate comfort needs and recommend HVAC system solutions
- Prepare and present proposals for system replacements and upgrades
- Build strong customer relationships through professionalism and follow-through
- Educate customers on energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and available options
- Work closely with installation and office teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Generate referrals and maintain a strong reputation in the community
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience required (HVAC or in-home sales experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Ability to thrive in a commission-based environment
