Facility Management Assistant (part-time)

No prior experience needed — we’ll show you the ropes. What matters is your mindset.

Location: Based in Brno or Prague, with regular travel between both locations

What you´ll do:

  • Supporting our Facility Manager with day-to-day operations
  • Coordinating maintenance, repairs & inspections (you won’t fix stuff — you’ll make sure it gets fixed)
  • Talking to vendors, organizing services, sometimes being on-site when needed
  • Helping solve random “something’s broken” situations (yes, they happen 😄)
  • Keeping track of costs and basic admin around it
  • Taking care of company cars (checks, service scheduling, etc.)
  • Handling simple admin (tickets, access cards, basic reports)
  • Travelling between Brno & Prague (about once every 2 weeks for 1–2 days)

About you:

  • Are reliable and can get things done without being micromanaged
  • Like organizing things and keeping stuff under control
  • Are comfortable communicating (Czech + basic English)
  • Can handle basic tools like MS Office
  • Have a driver’s license (B) and actually drive 🚗
  • Don’t mind solving unexpected situations on the go

No experience? No problem. Student? Totally fine.
