Gemini, Cursor, Claude 등의 AI 툴을 실무에 적극적으로 활용하여 인사 업무의 생산성을 제고해 본 경험
IT/스타트업 또는 글로벌 기업에서 C&B 파트를 리드하거나 독립적으로 구축해 본 경험
노무 및 노동법 관련 전문 지식 (노무사 자격증 보유 등)
