Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for a Junior Derivatives Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete and accurate capturing of FX – Money Market & OTC Derivatives transactions in the systems.
• Create and send Swift messages –monitor the settlement of transactions.
• Post accounting entries.
• Communication with counterparties where and when required.
• Monitoring of margin calls related to OTC Derivatives transactions and settlement.
• Perform various reconciliations related to collateral management.
• Preparation and dispatch of valuation statements for clients .
• Review of Legal Agreements related to Treasury activity against the Bank’s policy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• Have basic knowledge of investment products (FX, OTC Derivatives etc.)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new skills and processes.
