Line Cook Responsibilities

  • Execute dishes with precision, following classical techniques, recipes, and chef direction
  • Prepare and cook a range of ingredients—proteins, vegetables, sauces, and garnishes—with attention to balance, texture, and flavor
  • Maintain strict standards of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth, efficient service
  • Uphold portion control and minimize waste while maintaining quality
  • Monitor product freshness and maintain high ingredient standards
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
  • Continuously develop your knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
