Helper Rate: $16–$17 per hour
We are seeking multiple compassionate and reliable helpers to provide 24/7 care for a female client who is wheelchair-bound and unable to walk. She is currently in a facility and will transition home once consistent in-home care is arranged.
She requires hands-on assistance with daily activities and transfers due to fall risk.
Care Responsibilities
- Assist with transfers (wheelchair ↔ bed, bathroom, etc.)
- Provide ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Perform light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and supervision
- Ensure overall safety and comfort
- 24/7 care required (168 hours per week)
- Open to 1–3 caregivers (or more) to cover all shifts
- Flexible scheduling based on team availability
Ideal Candidate
- Experience with transfers and wheelchair-bound clients
- Physically capable and safety-focused
- Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts
- Comfortable in a home with large dogs
- Patient, compassionate, and attentive
This role is best suited for experienced helpers who are confident with full ADL support and transfers, and can provide consistent, around-the-clock care in a team-based setup.
