Assistant Demand Planner

• Review and update demand forecasts based on sales trends and market changes
• Monitor forecast accuracy and analyze demand data regularly
• Manage purchase order processes and ensure timely deliveries
• Coordinate with suppliers, Commercial, and Logistics teams for scheduling and supply planning
• Maintain compliance with company policies and improve planning workflows
• Support supplier performance reviews and improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate forecasting systems and master data
• Recommend tools and process improvements to enhance planning efficiency

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field
• Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain operations
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/planning systems
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
